# DA leader John Steenhuisen has clarified that no coalition agreement was reached on Friday but a proposal was tabled on a Johannesburg mayoral coalition. He says the discussion held by the federal executive was on the implications of an unstable minority government. The City of Johannesburg council is today holding its first post election meeting for possible coalitions in the city represented by ActionSA, United Democratic Movement, Freedom Front Plus and the ACDP:
