# The DA says the Free State High Court’s decision to strike the Estina dairy farm case off the roll is disappointing. The defence argued that the state failed to make full disclosure of its investigation. The case involves allegations of the looting of 280-million-rand in state funds in the Free State Agriculture Department between 2012 and 2014. The accused include former MEC Mosebenzi Zwane and Gupta associates. The DA’s Roy Jankielsohn says the fight for accountability is not over:
