# The DA is urging the National Lotteries Commission to resolve its corruption cases before it can begin its recovery. DA spokesperson on Trade, Industry and Competition, Toby Chance, says investigations by the Hawks, Special Investigating Unit, and the National Prosecuting Authority have uncovered up to 15-billion-rand in corrupt grants. He says while progress has been made, further action is needed to prosecute those responsible, to prevent future fraud:
