The second day of the auction on Monday saw former Proteas captain Faf du Plessis sold to Delhi Capitals for four-million-rand. All-rounder Marco Jansen went to the Punjab Kings for 14-million-rand, while the Mumbai Indians bought wicketkeeper-batter Ryan Rickelton for two-million-rand. South Africa’s teen sensation Kwena Maphaka was bought for 3.2-million-rand by the Rajasthan Royals.
