# The High Court in Pretoria has postponed the corruption case involving the police’s former Crime Intelligence Head. Richard Mdluli and his co-accused, former supply chain Manager Heine Barnard and former Chief Financial Official of the State Security Agency, Solomon Lazarus, must return on 18 January. This is in order for the police to decide on whether to fund the accused’s legal fees. Mdluli and his co-accused face charges of corruption, fraud and theft which were allegedly committed between 2008 and 2012 when they were at the helm of the police’s crime intelligence services.
