# City Power says it has successfully achieved a 99-percent completion rate for pre-paid meter upgrades across its supply areas in Johannesburg. City Power spokesperson, Isaac Mangena says to ensure that they reach the outstanding one-thousand-061 customers, they have increased boots on the ground, with dedicated teams, conducting audits and providing added support to customers to expedite the process of recoding those meters:
