City of Cape Town says attempts to disempower Metro Police need to be stopped [SOUND]

# The City of Cape Town says it is deeply disturbed by the latest attempt to derail the good work that the Metropolitan Police Department and other enforcement agencies are doing. The latest proposal by national government is to limit the city enforcement services’ powers to by-law and traffic enforcement only.
