Case against Mpumalanga Eskom manager postponed amid fraud allegations

# The case against Eskom Safety Risk Manager Thandi Ruth Magagula, based in Middleburg, Mpumalanga, has been postponed to March 26, 2024, by the Middleburg Regional Court. Magagula faces charges of fraud, corruption, and money laundering, following her arrest by the Hawks in Middelburg. Allegations suggest she failed to declare a conflict of interest while serving as both an Eskom manager and a director of a company providing services to Eskom. Magagula was granted bail of ten thousand rand.
