# The Klerksdorp Magistrate’s Court has postponed a murder case against two accused to March this year for a High Court date. Seun Joubert and Isabelle Francis from Alabama were charged with murder and five of contravening the Children’s Act, following the death of their four-month-old baby who allegedly died of complications of malnutrition. NPA spokesperson, Henry Mamothame, says the couple were arrested last year:
