# Boxing: South Africa’s WBC Silver Mini-Strawweight champion Siyakholwa Kuse will make history at the 50th anniversary tournament of the “Thriller in Manila” in the Philippines. The 26-year-old, the first Eastern Cape boxer to hold a WBC title, will challenge Melvin Jerusalem for the WBC Strawweight World Title on 29 October. Promoted by boxing legend Manny Pacquiao, Kuse told SABC News he is fully prepared to bring home the gold:
