# A 50-year-old old man pretending to be a security guard will today appear in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court for the murder of a 31-year-old man on the corner of Henry Nxumalo and Marshall Street in Johannesburg on Monday. It is alleged the suspect assaulted a man in the upper body with a baton in the early hours of Monday. Police spokesperson, Xoli Mbele, says the victim sustained multiple injuries and was declared dead on the scene by paramedics:
