Australia’s prime minister criticises opposition leader’s climate comments [SOUND]

# Australia’s prime minister Anthony Albanese has criticised Liberal Party leader Peter Dutton’s plans to ditch the country’s commitment to the landmark Paris Climate Agreement. Dutton says he would oppose the legislated 2030 emissions target, a 43-percent cut compared with 2005 levels, at the next election but remain committed to reaching net zero emissions by 2050. Albanese says the country cannot backslide on its emissions targets:
