 # ActionSA in Johannesburg has condemned the continuation of a tradition within the City which protects those who have been found guilty of financial misconduct. ActionSA’s Mpumi Edward says recent revelation confirmed that a city director spent more than R62.5-million-rand to purchase 20 cars in 2019 only to receive 12 of the acquired cars.
