# ActionSA in Mpumalanga has written to the Mbombela Municipality council speaker, William Nkhata to refer an EFF councillor to the Ethics Committee. Nyankwabe Mnisi has been accused of extorting 6-million-rand from a contractor that is currently building the Mpumalanga Parliamentary Village. ActionSA’s Thoko Mashiane says the party has been reliably informed that Mnisi attempted to extort money from a contractor and that if the contractor fails to acquiesce to his unlawful request that they will wake up in a mortuary:
