# ActionSA says it strongly rejects the proposed budget cuts to the South African Revenue Service as this will adversely impact its ability to effectively collect revenue and perform its mandate. The party’s, Alan Beesley, says the revenue faces substantial cuts, with a nominal reduction of 769-million-rand and a real cut of 1.3-billion-rand. He says if SARS cannot operate at full capacity, it will lead to constraints on the fiscal coffers:
