# The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse has criticised Higher Education and Training minister Buti Manamela for reappointing Gugu Mkhize as CEO of the Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority. According to the organisation, Mkhize’s return comes despite four consecutive qualified audits, allegations of irregular contracts and poor governance.
